As owner of Celtic Aerospace & Business Strategies, Dave McGrath’s professional career spans a diverse mix of experience, ranging from Business Strategy, Business Development & Sales, Marketing-Communications/C-suite communications, Public Relations & Media Relations, art direction, tradeshow & special events activities in the aerospace (civil & defense/security), health, private education, construction safety & various commercial sectors.

Dave has represented a number of the aerospace sector's largest & most successful Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) & special mission equipment companies at Director-level positions, as well as providing strategy consulting services to SAR organizations, specialty/mission manufacturers & aircraft parts distributors & municipal/regional airports.

Additionally, his 15 years as an aviation maintenance technician & instructor with the Canadian Airforce provides Dave a unique perspective on aviation operations & MRO, which allows him to understand the requirements & challenges faced by his customers - and to develop programs
that best ensure their success.

His expertise ranges from hands-on business development strategy development & sales activities to
C-suite & B2B marketing-communications activities; including one-on-one & multi-stakeholder marketing-communications & business strategy development consulting & training for business owners.

He is also a sought-after presenter; having lectured on a variety of marketing, communications & business topics at post-secondary institutions & industry conferences.

Dave is a graduate of the Bachelor of Public Relations degree program from Mount St. Vincent University,
as well as holding accreditation from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC),
& Loss Control Management certification from Det Norske Veritas.
